Vital Learning Pocket Coach app for iPhone and iPad

The Vital Learning Pocket Coach™ for Supervisors provides just-in-time review of key skills that every supervisor needs to be successful in the interpersonal side of their role. Content for each of the 12 topics covered in this mobile learning application are based on the classroom courses of the same names from Vital Learning’s Leadership Series™. Although the primary intent of this application is to reinforce the classroom learning, enough content is provided to help you develop your basic supervisory skills without the classroom experience, as well as to enhance skills you already have.

Each topic includes the following:

• An overview of the skill and why it is important to master
• A quick summary of the Skill Points to master on the topic
• A video modeling of the Skill Points
• A self-assessment, which can be reviewed after exercising the skill in order to facilitate continuous improvement
